Return policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason.

Only the costs of returning the goods from your home to the online store are for your own account.
These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per parcel; please check the exact rates on
your carrier's website.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur
with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

Sale items cannot be returned for a refund. These items can, however, be exchanged for another product from the collection or converted into a gift voucher.

 

For 1+1 promotions, both items must be returned together. No refund or gift voucher will be issued if only one item is sent back. It is, however, possible to exchange one of the two items for a different size or colour of the same product. If you wish to exchange only one item, you must return the item you want to exchange and keep the other one.

To exercise this right you can contact us via
info@deuxcenttreize.com. We will then refund the order amount due
within 30 days of your return being registered, provided that the product has already been
received back in good order.
